As the New Year approaches, I plan to take time to reflect on my goals and set new ones. I encourage you all to do the same!

In this month’s IT List, I'm pleased to share the latest updates around my current listings, real estate trends in Seattle, a wonderful new marketing tool, and some client love. In this month's IT Pick .... If you're ready to discuss real estate goals for 2021, my (virtual) door is always open! Let's connect.

Lexi Picard & Tim Dunley

“Trust Laura to give you the advice you need if you are considering selling your home. After almost two decades of living in Broadmoor, our family wanted to make a change. Laura helped us with great advice, and a step-by-step approach to getting our house on the market—from the painter, window cleaner, roof cleaner, handyman, stager, and even the estate sale. Laura was warm and understanding, while being professional, intelligent, and on top of the market with her many years.”

Market Trends: Third Quarter of 2020

Market Trends: Third Quarter of 2020

In an unusual year, the real estate market has largely been a beacon of positivity. Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) takes a look at these five market areas each quarter to assess where our market has been and prepare for where it’s headed next. And while activity seemed to come to a complete halt for a brief moment in the second quarter, the buyers quickly got off the bench—to take advantage of low-interest rates, to invest in homes with bigger spaces or larger yards as working from home or home school became priorities. And even as the temperatures began to drop this September, the market remained hot in Q3 with appreciating home prices, low inventory, and buyers eager to find the right opportunity.

IT LIST: October 2020

IT LIST: October 2020

Welcome to October! This is one of my favorite times of the year. I love putting up spooky décor, and embracing the changing colors and scenery. Temperatures in our area are beginning to drop, but Seattle has seen no sign of a slowdown in our real estate market. In this month’s IT List, I'm pleased to share some exciting updates on some of my latest listings: a new condo in Madison Park, lovely one-level home in Broadmoor, a few homes on their way to closing, and a significant sale I assisted my buyers with. I also spotlight the latest addition to Realogics Sotheby's, the latest market trends in our area, and a heartwarming testimonial from a recent client.
